Alexandria, VA – The Airport Consultants Council (ACC) Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Loren Boyd and Larry Studdiford. Both bring decades of experience, leadership, and a strong commitment to advancing the aviation industry and supporting the next generation of professionals.
Loren Boyd serves as a Director and member of the Leadership Team at Faith Group, where she leads marketing and business development efforts to align with the firm’s strategic goals and drive successful project delivery. She oversees pursuits, initiatives, and brand strategy while also guiding broader business operations and company culture. Boyd is an active leader in the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) St. Louis Chapter, where she previously served as Education Director and continues to support programming and mentorship initiatives. She has also played a key role in fostering young professional engagement, coordinating YP programming for the AAAE/ACC Airport Planning, Design, & Construction Symposium for the past 15 years.
Larry Studdiford is the Founder and President of Studdiford Technical Solutions, LLC. His 31 years in aviation have largely been focused on checked baggage system design, construction management, and related services, including technology integration, configuration management, specification development, and commissioning for airports worldwide. He has worked closely with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) since its inception, contributing to the development and implementation of screening technologies, policies, and procedures. Studdiford was a founding participant in the TSA’s Baggage Screening Investment Study and has played a significant role in shaping the agency’s Planning Guidelines and Design Standards as a charter member of the Industry Working Group. He also contributed to the development of the first-ever TSA Checkpoint Design Guide.

The ACC Foundation is dedicated to advancing the future of the airport development industry by supporting students and young professionals through scholarships, education, and industry engagement opportunities. Most recently, at the 2026 AAAE/ACC Airport Planning, Design, & Construction Symposium, the Foundation awarded two $5,000 grants to student recipients Aaron Koenig and Oliver Dang, enabling them to attend and participate in the conference. In addition, the Foundation hosted a successful fundraising Arcade Night, bringing together industry professionals to support its growing programs.
As the Foundation continues to expand its reach and impact, it invites industry partners and individuals to support its mission through donations. Contributions directly fund scholarships, grants, and programming that help cultivate the next generation of aviation leaders.
