Things are picking up here in Washington as the FAA continues to release additional information on the implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Congress runs up to the expiration of the current Continuing Resolution (CR) this Friday.
The FAA released a new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document last week that offers further details on how the agency will disburse $25 billion in airport funding under the BIL. In addition, FAA held a briefing today with airport associations and airports to provide further details. A copy of the briefing slides should be available soon on the FAA website.
