With the current FAA authorization legislation expiring on Sept. 30, 2023. ACC is currently undertaking an effort to identify key priorities in the upcoming reauthorization effort. To help develop ACC’s reauthorization policies, ACC formed an ACC Reauthorization Task Force, with representatives holding a diversity of perspectives and expertise in all areas of airport development and FAA programs. ACC is currently identifying potential topics, and will eventually prioritize policy recommendations. ACC members are invited to review and provide input on an initial set of policy areas for consideration. Those interested in participating can contact ACC President, TJ Schulz.
