ACC President T.J. Schulz was pleased to kick off the 2022 ACI PS&S / ACC Security Capabilities Conference this week by introducing TSA Administrator David Pekoske for keynote remarks. Pekoske discussed TSA’s efforts to respond to the surge in air travel and the need to bring officer salaries levels up to other federal agencies. Over 200 airport and industry security experts convened in Arlington, VA to discuss the latest trends in airport security. Sessions were held on screening technology, Customs and Border Protection updates, UAS/AAM and cybersecurity. ACC appreciates the strong partnership with ACI on this excellent event!
