ACC and AAAE wrapped up an amazing 2023 Airport Planning, Design, and Construction Symposium in Anaheim, CA, last Friday, an event that brought in a record crowd of over 1600 aviation professionals. Attendees come in from all over the country to take part in this leading aviation technical event and we are extremely grateful for the support of our many sponsors, attendees, speakers, and exhibitors that all together contributed to the success of this event. Key topics focused on this year were the airport customer experience, workforce retention, airport infrastructure funding, sustainability and resiliency, and the future of airport design. Thank you to the entire 2023 Symposium Planning Committee directed by ACC’s Sylvia Palmer and the team from AAAE, led by Natalie Fleet, Amy Trivette, and Dan Reilly for organizing and planning over several months, and delivering such a knockout event.
