- Develop new business prospects and opportunities as well as support existing customer- relationship management efforts.
- Represent the organization and build client/teammate networks via industry conferences, trade shows, and special events.
- Collaborate with other business development staff at C&S.
- Develop and contribute to marketing pieces, white papers, newsletters, and other communications demonstrating C&S aviation thought leadership.
- Demonstrate an approach that aligns with C&S core values of integrity, authenticity, team spirit and all-in.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Actively participate in the C&S aviation strategy group, champion or assist in advancing strategic initiatives, and support overall implementation of our strategy.
