2025 AAAE/ACC Airport Planning, Design, and Construction Symposium

The AAAE/ACC Airport Planning, Design, and Construction Symposium offers highly technical content for airport professionals of all disciplines and experience levels.

Workshops include a balanced mix of presentations and interactive discussions between subject matter experts and participants on a broad range of topics. Technical tracks included Planning, Terminal/Landside, Engineering/Airside, Program Management/Construction Management, as well as an Innovation Track, featuring interactive workshops on the airport terminal of the future, and workshops on enhancing diversity at the workplace and in airport projects.

Sustainability, IT, security, and the latest in airport research will be incorporated into the program. Plenary sessions and a keynote luncheon will cover new trends and innovations that will impact airport professionals today and into the future. The Symposium also features a robust program for aviation young professionals, including technical training and opportunities for professional development.

Who Should Attend

The Symposium is geared toward airport professionals involved in planning, environmental issues, architecture, engineering, program and construction management, security, IT, and airport operations. It is a fantastic event for young professionals (YPs) to gain awareness of key challenges and solutions through the dedicated YP program.

In 2024, over 1800 representatives from airports, consulting firms, construction companies, industry suppliers, airlines, and government agencies attended. This was the most successful Symposium to date and we plan on continuing that growth with future events. Along with providing comprehensive technical content, the Symposium offers time to network and connect with other industry professionals.
