We are seeking self-motivated, driven individuals with strong written, verbal, andgraphic communication skills with a background in aviation planning- to help us bring innovative airport solutions to the aviation industry.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of -the Jacksonville Office Leader and will supervise other staff in business development, project management and conducting analyses and preparing project deliverables. Responsibilities

Effectively supervises other staff; trains and evaluates employees; and plans and directs their work.
Provides technical services related to aviation planning such as Master Plans, terminal area studies, airfield evaluations and similar projects
Prepares documents of findings
Prepares and delivers presentations of findings to clients and in public forums
Provides Project Management duties such as work scope, schedule and budget development and adherence
Participates and leads business development, including preparation of selection proposals and interviews
Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and key stakeholders to achieve projects goals and objectives
Provide on-site client support and assist in planning/design charrettes -

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s and/ or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Transportation Planning, or related degree is required.
Over ten (10) years of progressively increasing responsibility relative to airport planning.

Preferred Skills and Technical Expertise

Workability in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars
Familiarity with IATA ADRM design criteria
Fundamental Project Management skills
Fundamental business development skills, or ability and desire to learn
Demonstrated quantitative analysis
Computer aided project development such as AutoCAD, or SketchUp Adobe Suite

Responsible for formulating and conducting transportation noise studies in an efficient manner and formulating results in a concise, well-written document.
